My conversation with a cardiologist yesterday.

C : Today's what date? (He was going to write his round report)

Me : 10, doc

C : 10? Then tomorrow?

Me : 11 (Saya senyum geli hati. Dah kenapa doc ni tanya soalan gini)

C : Esok 11. So 11.12.13 esok. (Dia pandang saya)

Me : Pretty date tomorrow (: (sebenarnya dah tak tau nak komen apa sebab nothing special to do wit me)

Haha. Apela. Saya pretty okay with this C since he's nice, straightforward dan suka mengajar. Like a father.  Kalau taking care of his patient memang tak stress. Apalagi masih baru bekerja, a lof of this and that tak tahu.

Pernah saya informed yg his patient's heart rate goes down 37 beats per minute while resting. So he asked me back, "what was the normal beats when we sleep?"

I said I didn't know. Normal if we awake 60-100% but during sleep I don't know the lowest. Never heard or think of also. So he looked at me, then continue his writing. "During sleep our heart beats can go down to 30 bpm".

So now I know. Haha (:

Tapi kelakar juga mengingatkan dia begitu concern dengan benda2 macam tarikh ni. Neck tie dia semalam pun comel, gambar tiger yg dalam kartun pooh tu. Must be a loving father (:
